LA NOSTRA STORIA
Rombo di Tuono nasce a Brescia nel 2001 da un gruppo di appassionati motociclisti bresciani.
Anno dopo anno, un po’ come fanno tutti i gruppi che si riconoscono nella filosofia bikers, organizzano una festa che a ogni edizione richiama da molte parti del nord Italia parecchie centinaia di bikers.
Al nostro primo run parteciparono una sessantina di moto, era il 9 settembre, due giorni dopo il mondo cambiò radicalmente in seguito all’attentato terroristico alle torri gemelle del World Trade Center, negli USA.
Il culmine dei nostri run lo abbiamo raggiunto nel 2006, in quella torrida e indimenticabile domenica di fine luglio, in cui vediamo radunarsi intorno a noi circa un migliaio di motociclette che poco dopo daranno inizio a uno spettacolare motogiro che ci condurrà in quel di Manerba del Garda dove in un campo sportivo avevamo organizzato il primo Bike Contest, più di una ventina le officine specializzate che vi parteciparono, a metà premiazione si scatenò una bufera di vento che sradicò alcuni gazebo.
Dopo un anno di riflessione si decise che bisognava trovare una struttura che garantisse maggior sicurezza in modo che la manifestazione non fosse più condizionata dagli eventi atmosferici. Nel 2007 il Rombo approda nello splendido scenario della Fiera di Brescia, la manifestazione cresce e diventa una Rassegna Italiana Dedicata al Mondo Custom.
Nel 2010 una nave pirata di nome Kustom People cercò di affondarci, vendemmo cara la pelle respingendo i pirati da dove erano venuti.
Tutto questo non ci fece dimenticare il nostro amore per la strada, La Sporca Dozzina; Blade Run; Cannoball Run; Cuore di Ghiaccio sono i run che noi organizziamo durante l’anno. Quello a cui noi siamo più legati è senza dubbio Bikers For Children quando prima di Natale andiamo a trovare dei piccoli pazienti ricoverati al reparto di oncologia infantile dell’ospedale Civile di Brescia e a Casa Ronald.

Lex Rider regularly organises ride-outs suitable for all types of bikes and speeds. Our ride-outs range from short, local routes, to continental travel.
We support charities
We support both local and national charities such as air ambulance, blood bikes, and the teenage cancer trust through the annual Stephen Sutton Ride
motorcycle shows
We have such a diverse collection of bikes through the club. We attend and exhibit at most of the major motorcycle shows.
